ASHER S. ALAVI
Asher S. Alavi is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He is a member of the Federal and State Qui Tam Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Alavi worked as a student attorney at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau, Community Enterprise Clinic. He also worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Office of Professional Responsibility.
Mr. Alavi received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he graduated cum laude in 2011. At Boston College Law School, Mr. Alavi was a Note Editor of the Boston College Third World Law Journal and President of the Christian Legal Society. His Note, Kelo Six Years Later: State Responses, Ramifications, and Solutions for the Future, was published in the Third World Law Journal’s Spring 2011 edition. Mr. Alavi earned his Bachelor of Sciences from Northwestern University in Communication Studies and Political Science in 2007, where he was on the Dean’s List and the recipient of the Chapman-Jones Scholarship for Academic Excellence.
