BRYAN S. NEFT

Mr. Neft is a partner in the nationwide Federal and State Whistleblower (Qui Tam) practice group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.

Mr. Neft is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer, having handled a wide variety of complex business, regulatory, consumer protection, securities and health care matters. In 2003, Mr. Neft was named a “Pennsylvania Lawyer on the Fast Track,” a recognition given annually by American Lawyer Media to only several dozen attorneys under the age of 40 for their significant contributions to the practice of law through case work, bar association involvement and pro bono efforts.

Mr. Neft is a graduate from the Boston University School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Neft is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and California as well as numerous federal trial and appellate courts.
