DOUGLAS K. ROSENBLUM
Douglas K. Rosenblum is an associate in the nationwide Federal and State Whistleblower (Qui Tam) practice group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. Mr. Rosenblum is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and he previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Rosenblum has prosecuted a variety of cases ranging from theft and forgery to firearms violations and murder. Mr. Rosenblum was the Captain of the Firearms Unit of the Trials Division of the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and prosecuted cases federally under Project Safe Neighborhoods of the Department of Justice. Mr. Rosenblum has tried cases to jury verdicts in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Rosenblum has been selected by Law and Politics magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2010. He has also been selected by The Legal Intelligencer as a Lawyer on the Fast Track for 2010. Mr. Rosenblum received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, as well as his Juris Doctor, from Villanova University, where he was a member of the Environmental Law Journal, a member of the national mock trial team, and the recipient of the David E. Worby Scholarship for Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Rosenblum is admitted to practice in all state courts within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
