GRANT H. HACKLEY
Mr. Hackley is an associate in the nationwide Federal and State Whistleblower (Qui Tam) practice group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He is a former Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Bernard L. McGinley of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, which hears cases involving state agencies. He has also served as a student clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and has worked for the American Civil Liberties Union's Pennsylvania State Legal Director.
Mr. Hackley received his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was Editor in Chief of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and the recipient of the Law School Faculty's Student Leadership Award. Mr. Hackley received his B.S. in Physiology & Neurobiology from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Hackley is licensed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Hackley is a member of the American, the Pennsylvania, the Allegheny County and the West Virginia Bar Associations. He is an advisory board member of Venture Outdoors. Mr. Hackley is a member of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh and the Beth El Congregation of Pittsburgh. |
