JAMES W. KRAUS

Mr. Kraus is a partner in the nationwide Federal and State Whistleblower (Qui Tam) practice group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. Mr. Kraus is former prosecutor in the United States Army, where he served on Active Duty from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Kraus also served in the Army Reserves from 1986 to 1990 and from 1996 to 2000, and achieved the rank of Major.

Mr. Kraus is an accomplished trial lawyer, having tried more than 30 criminal and civil jury trials. He has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including fraud and abuse, criminal law, securities fraud, and RICO matters.

Mr. Kraus is a graduate from the Dickinson School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson.

Mr. Kraus is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, Ohio and West Virginia, as well as federal trial and appellate courts in all four jurisdictions.
