PAMELA C. BRECHT

Pamela C. Brecht serves as Special Counsel to Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. She is based in the firm's Philadelphia office. Ms. Brecht focuses her practice on federal and state qui tam litigation as well as complex commercial litigation.

Following a clerkship with the Hon. John T.J. Kelly, Jr. of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Ms. Brecht has excelled as a civil litigator for more than 17 years. In addition to her knowledge and experience in False Claims Act litigation, Ms. Brecht’s successes include jury verdicts and recoveries in the areas of employment law, personal injury law, and labor relations.

Ms. Brecht received her B.A. from Villanova University, cum laude, 1988, where she was a member of the English Honor Society and the Women's Crew Team. In 1991, she received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review, was on the Dean's List and received honors for Distinguished Class Performance.

Ms. Brecht is admitted to practice in all state courts within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
