PETER S. WOLFF
Peter S. Wolff is an associate in the nationwide Federal and State Whistleblower (Qui Tam) practice group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and based in the firm’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolff was an extern for then-Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy, where he prepared recommendations regarding the grant of Petitions for Allowance of Appeal, assisted in the drafting of various opinions and researched various legal issues.
Mr. Wolff received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, he participated in the Securities Arbitration Practicum, Business Law Journal, Trial Advocacy and the Corporate Law Society. He also studied abroad in Rome, Italy, where he studied Roman Law, Canon Law, and The Process of Cannonization. Mr. Wolff earned a B.S. in business administration, cum laude, from Duquesne University, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.
