TYLER J. SMITH

Mr. Smith is a partner in the nationwide Federal and State Whistleblower (Qui Tam) practice group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.

Mr. Smith is an accomplished trial lawyer, having handled a wide variety of complex business, professional liability and health care matters. He has tried approximately 30 cases to verdict in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Mr. Smith received his J.D. from The Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 1993. He is a member of The Dickinson Journal of International Law. He received his undergraduate degree with honors in business management and minors in accounting and economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990.

Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
