Bryan S. Neft
Bryan S. Neft is a partner in the nationwide Federal and State Whistleblower (Qui Tam) practice group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. Mr. Neft is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and also concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, health care litigation and litigation defense/toxic tort.
Mr. Neft is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer, having handled a wide variety of complex business, regulatory, consumer protection, securities and health care matters. In 2003, Mr. Neft was named a “Pennsylvania Lawyer on the Fast Track”, a recognition given annually by American Lawyer Media to only several dozen attorneys under the age of 40 for their significant contributions to the practice of law through case work, bar association involvement and pro bono efforts.
Mr. Neft is a member of the Board of Governors of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the past Treasurer and Trustee of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. He chairs the latter’s annual Attorneys Against Hunger campaign. He was a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Task Force on Gender Equality. He also chaired the bar association’s Ad Hoc committee to develop rules of professionalism. Mr. Neft is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates. In addition to his bar association activities, Mr. Neft previously served on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Beth El Congregation of the South Hills.
Mr. Neft received his law degree from Boston University School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and California as well as numerous federal trial and appellate courts.
