The settlement follows guilty pleas in the Eastern District of Virginia from former PAE program manager Keith Johnson and his wife, Angela Gregory Johson, former project manager for RM Asia, John Eisner and deputy project manager, Jerry Kieffer. For his part in exposing the scheme, Mr. Walker will receive $261,000.
